The steaks we ordered were perfectly cooked and you can taste the quality of the meat. Service was okay, nothing special. I go there about 4-5 times a year and I cannot complain about the quality of the food. Service could be a little more friendly. If you are looking to enjoy a great steak in Quebec City Charbon Steakhouse should be in your top 3.

The pizza is good but overpriced. Considering pizza is made mostly of dough. Service was good.

Nice place. Price of food and service are fair. We weren't sold on the whole authentic Italian food. Eaten at more authentic Italian restaurants. Overall experience good but don't expect to be blown away.
