Ordered 4 tartares for pickup. We preordered for 8pm and the food wasn't ready until 8:10. Began eating once home and the meat was frozen. 2 of the tartare were in the poke bowl format. The rice in the poke bowl was frozen. Food quality was really subpar but the restaurant did issue us a refund after proposing to come deliver us a new order.
