With the same number of seats as the restaurant’s interior, the ground floor with its glass covering will now be capped with a second-floor patio open to the fresh air. Absolument le meilleur restaurant ou nous sommes allé depuis longtemps! Ambiance tellement chaleureuse & chill, service impeccabl - le directeur du restaurant nous a accueilli & notre groupe de 4 ayant la meilleur table - ma cousine & son mari d'Alberta étaient tellement impressionné avec tout. Came here with 3 coworkers. Been here before in the past & it was awesome. This time however it was not what it used to be. Staff was present but not very friendly or bubbly. Was offered sparkling water but wasn't told there was a charge of 6 dollars for the bottle they brought to the table. Then was offered table bread, once again for a charge I wasn't aware of till the bill showed up. If you're going to offer these items you should mention there's a charge. My coworkers & I ordered 2 scallop appetizers & a french onion soup. One plate of scallops was decent enough. One plate was cold. The French onion soup wasn't anything to write home about either. Ordered two plates of the frutti di mare pasta & a mushroom risotto. Prices were a bit steep but it's pricier ingredients so I guess it's justified. The pastas had an odd taste & the one plate was also a bit cold. The risotto was ok but had a giant hard chewy piece. The Manager didn't charge for the risotto which was nice but unfortunately didn't make up for the rest of the experience. Was quite disappointed as in the past Bello was a highlight of our dining. Atmosphere is nice for a date night though. Pizza is usually good but their ovens are being renovated & weren't operating unfortunately. Probably won't come back again. Sorry Bello, I hate leaving bad reviews but you gotta step it up!View more

Food is fine, but AWFUL service. If you don't have the capacity to serve customers, hire more waiters or waitresses instead of having people who reserved seats in advance stand at the door & be ignored. After we finished our main meal, we waited for a long time & asked the waitress if we could have dessert? The waitress' thinking was wired . I don't need you to educate me on dining etiquette. "We have to wait until you finish eating before serving dessert" "We don't serve desserts & the main together" Also, the dessert was wrong but no one could ask because everyone was too "busy".View more

Crazy expensive & extremely boring menu. Excellent service & cozy setting whose vibe felt very much aligned with the mounted hood of the yellow Ferrari signed by a bunch of celebrities. We loved the food & the amazing service we had. The wait staff as well as Blanche were exceptional & catered to our every thought. The food was amazing chef kisses all around from the mushroom risotto w truffle sauce, linguine with pesto, fresh calamari, the salmon & duck confi to the amazing bread & beautiful desserts especially the tiramisu was unforgettable.
