Très mauvaise expérience au Bureau de Poste de Québec.
Après le spectacle du FEQ, nous étions 4 personnes qui souhaitaient simplement souper sur la terrasse. À notre arrivée, plusieurs tables étaient visiblement libres, mais le portier nous a tout de même inscrits sur une liste d'attente.
Après une dizaine de minutes, voyant que des places étaient toujours disponibles, nous sommes retournés voir l'hôtesse. Au lieu de nous accueillir ou de nous donner une explication, elle nous a répondu avec une attitude hautaine & a refusé de nous installer, sans raison apparente.
Nous comprenons qu'il peut y avoir des règles de gestion des tables, mais un minimum de courtoisie & de respect envers les clients est essentiel. Malheureusement, le service à l'accueil a complètement gâché notre envie de manger à cet endroit.
Nous sommes donc partis ailleurs, où nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire. Dommage, car une bonne première impression fait toute la différence.

Si vous avez 40 ans & plus, il est mieux de vous trouver un autre endroit car cet établissement ne désire pas vous accueillir.
Un accueil rude & irrespectueux ciblé sur le fait que nous n'avons pas l'âge d'y être nous a définitivement refroidit.

This is the first place that we've ate in Quebec city. Chloe, our server was awesome. She helped translate the menu & she suggested items. We sat by the kitchen & watched some bang out food small kitchen but man do they ever produce is in the back for a while & then came out to help get the food out to the customers that he went to the front of & started helping the servers get caught up. They were slammed everybody worked as a team. Chloe had a big smile on her face through the stress. Food was good if you stop in here you won't be disappointed.
