We had brunch here, & thought the food was just fine. There are definitely better place for the breakfast/brunch in Quebec city.

The service however was great. The menu didn't have iced coffee, but our server was open to getting it for me.

Based on my experience dining with my wife at Mordus, I'd say this is not a good restaurant. Mediocre food & service but rather expensive. The waiter never introduced himself & never asked how our food was. Of course, I could have volunteered that my $49 lamb chops were very fatty or that my wife's chickpea & squash curry had much more rice than curry, but isn't part of the wait staff's function to check in with the customer to see how they like the food? The coup de grâce was the waiter splattering sauce on my pants when he aggressively stacked the ramekin of sauce onto my plate when clearing our table. My soup was good though - a tomato zuchini cream. Overall, I definitely recommend against.

Si le service était irréprochable, la qualité des plats, elle, a laissé à désirer. Peu après avoir terminé mon « bene saumon », des douleurs d'estomac m'ont fait douter de la fraîcheur du poisson. Les accompagnements n'ont pas sauvé l'expérience : des pommes de terre au goût clairement industriel, & une « salade de fruits » servie dans un mini bol en plastique, avec des fruits sans saveur & sans soin.
Bref, un contraste dommage entre l'accueil & l'assiette.

Have two weeks when I was eating a horrible food, processed & without taste. That food saved me, all is perfect. Appetizer, main dish & dessert. Perfect.
