Très mauvaise expérience par téléphone
Le personnel est ingrat, on leur demande des explications concernant le menu, une première personne n'est pas capable de me donner une réponse, elle me dit ensuite qu'elle va regarder les tarifs & ensuite une autre personne prend le téléphone pour me répondre très rapidement sans avoir répondu à ma question dès le départ & en me raccrochant au nez sans un au revoir.
Vous avez perdu des clients à cause de votre service.
Je déconseille fortement.
