From Old Quebec City, in front of Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, a chartered shuttle will take you to the Hôtel de Glace (ice hotel) site, which you will have the opportunity to discover on a tour.
Immediately following a welcome cocktail, a warm menu as elegant as it is comforting, concocted by the renowned Château Frontenac culinary team, will be served in the Hôtel de Glace's exclusive restaurant, a room sculpted entirely from snow and ice.
