Sipping cocktails at 1608 is amazing. You're greeted by friendly bartenders & immediately treated to a great display of skill. The drinks are next-level with flavours that don't seem to go together but once it hits your lips, you have made a good choice. The drinks are expensive. Make no mistake but you aren't here if you're concerned about the prices.

Chris was fantastic! You could tell how much care & effort he put into each drink. He was so kind & knowledgeable, & it was amazing to watch him create drinks for customers!

The bar itself was beautiful, gorgeous views of the river & amazing staff!

Had the most amazing gin & tonic at Bar 1608 in Chateau Frontenac. They make their own tonic. The drink is presented with a sprig of Rosemary, cucumber soaked in gin & juniper berries. It was the most refreshing gin & tonic I have ever had. Complimentary potato chips & popped corn are served with the drinks. & a special treat was seeing the chateau at night. Highly recommend.

Beautiful bar for a quick cocktail. I got the Fanta-Barbara, it was a delicious tequila/mezcal drink that was like a Paloma & a margarita had a baby. The atmosphere was so beautiful, loved the black beams & wainscoting along the walls. Stunning!

I was disappointed after hearing all the hype. The drinks are nothing special for the price but the service is good. The bar seemed dark & crowded.
