We came here for drinks before our dinner reservation at another place. You will have to put your name down & be allowed in staggered, so they don't get bombarded, even if you came exactly at 1600 when they open. It only makes sense. If you are a party of 2 or less, your seating options are limited & probably will not be facing the windows. You will most likely be seated at the bar or the table for two by the books. Party 3 or 4 you have a better chance of getting the windows, if you came early enough. Get their gin & tonics, you won't regret it if you liked gin & tonics. We also got the raw oysters appetizers & they were great!

Bar inside the Fairmont Hotel. Service excellent, drinks a fair price for where it is. Would recommend.

Swrvice is stellar, drinks are excellent, atmosphere is impossible to find elsewhere. Worth every penny P.S., Sara was awesome!

Sadly, the service was lacking. Place was mostly empty but they refused to give us a table near the window, saying they needed to keep for larger groups. We had our drink & left rather than having a meal with drinks. Won't be back.

This is an amazing bar in an amazing hotel! This is the most iconic hotel in Québec. Service was top-notch. Food & drinks were just fantastic. You must try this place if you come to Quebec!😀

The atmosphere here is great! We enjoyed some fancy cocktails & mixed drinks on a Thursday night. Our waiter was very friendly & attentive to us. We didn't leave until almost 2am on a Thursday. Nice to have some night life within the hotel mid week. We would return for drinks again during our next visit. Highly recommend!
