Je suis déçu des mes 3 dernières visites. Les frites n'étaient pas à la hauteur de leur réputation. Beaucoup trop cuite & un peu caoutchouteuse comme si elles avaient été réchauffé. Je ne sais pas ce qui ce passe dans la cuisine mais il y a quelqu'un qui ne fait pas bien son boulot & son superviseur devrait peut-être y jeter un oeil. Je donne 2 étoiles pour les frites mais j'en donnerais 4 & même 5 pour les burgers. J'espère que mon avis pourra aider les propriétaires.

Beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu'on a. Mini poutine sauce bbq qui te charge un extra ( sauce pas bonne btw) elle m'a lever le coeur, les frites beaucoup trop cuite, j'avais un coupon extra fromage gratuit -3.75$, qui techniquement devrais être le fromage NORMAL sur une poutine. 11$ pour cette grosseur es intense. Imagine avec l'extra fromage débourser = 15.50 c'est une vrai joke..je donne 2 étoiles pour le bon service.

Vendredi 19 Jan. C'était plein de clients en raison du rabais météo. Très bonne gestion du rush, les poutines ça sortait vite & malgré l'achalandage, servie rapide & chaude. Très bien mangé. Vraiment cool le petit kit pour enfant.

C'est dommage mais nous revenions pour donner une nouvelle chance à la poutine dont la renommée n'est plus à faire & ce malgré quelques mauvaises expériences vécues (patates frites pas cuites, manque de sauce, mauvaise commande lors d'une livraison). Nous avons encore été déçu 😳, est-ce cette succursale qui est le problème Nos frites n'étaient pratiquement pas cuites & la sauce était pratiquement absente. Nous allons nous orienter vers un autre commerce pour notre prochain repas de poutine.
