Première expérience au petit chalet, nous avons étés charmés par le décor, l'ambiance & Notre serveuse Léanne a été impeccable & a l'écoute de nos petits caprices. Reviendrons assurément!
On a très bien mangé, l'ambiance du resto est très agréable, c'est bien decoré, propre, & bien situé. On avait réservé pour 8 & la table était prête. Bel accueil par une gentille employée. On a profité du popcorn gratuit offert 😊. Bon choix de vins, bières & la Sangria rosée était bonne. Les repas étaient tous bons. Le service était bien. Il a manqué de verres à shooter, on a dû attendre (10 min) qu'ils soient lavés malgré qu'il n'y avait pas beaucoup de clients. Une belle expérience & un beau menu varié qui offre même les Dejeuners le soir! Les prix sont moindres que plusieurs restaurants. Je le recommande!

Nous sommes venus dîner, nous n'avons rien à redire. Le service était parfait par Kimy qu'on remercie, elle est très gentille & professionnelle, le repas était excellent, le restaurant très propre & bien décoré, nous adorons l'ambiance. Je recommande !!
Big disappointment. The first impression was nice: it is a beautifully decorated place, everything looks brand new, & we were warmly greeted at the entrance & seated at a table near the window opening onto the terrace. The food was delicious. We ordered omelettes. Then the disappointments started. First, we noticed that the french fries that were supposed to be served with the omelettes, were not there. We did not complain. My husband ordered mushrooms added to his omelette (for the additional fee of $2.49). There were no mushrooms in the omelette when it arrived. The waitress, when informed of it, said there were two options: 1) to remove the mushrooms from the bill, or 2) she would bring them separately. My husband agreed to option 2. It must be noted that when a similar mistake happened at another breakfast restaurant a few years ago, the staff apologized & did not charge us for the missing product, & just brought it when we mentioned the omission.
At the end, my husband paid the bill without checking it (because we are used to the waiters' honesty), but realized a moment later that the amount was strangely high. At this point, we looked at the receipt & saw that in addition to what happened before, the waitress added $4.95 for each order for'fruit/potatoes', while potatoes had not even been served, although they are supposed to be & are included into the price, according to the menu. All this means that my husband paid $9.90 extra + tax + 18% tip for nothing. The waitress, when confronted with the fact, admitted that it was her'mistake' & brought $10 cash. I said that there were also taxes & tips paid on top of everything. Then she reluctantly added a $2 coin. The entire experience was so disappointing that we did not ask for the adjustments (like recalculating the bill, removing the tip, talking to the manager) & left. Quebec City is our favorite getaway, & we go there at least twice a year. I always say that it is an amazing welcoming place. This time, our visit was spoiled by this incident & left a bad aftertaste.

Délicieux, géantes portions, beau décor! Serveurs & serveuses excellents! Juste la musique un peu trop forte pour 8 heures am mais ok quand même! Ce sera notre place pour déjeuner!
