My son loved his burger. It was a great stop for our entire family. Our server was super nice to us. Very good restaurant hope we can come again.

C'est le pire burger que j'ai mangé & ça été extrêmement long avant d'avoir nos plats. Certains clients arrivés après nous avaient déjà mangé & quittés avant que nous recevions notre plats principal. Nous étions presque les seules clients au premier planché mise à part une table qui semblait être des amis de votre personnel qui monopolisait leurs attentions au lieu d'offrir un service descent a leurs clients. Nous étions 4 adultes à manger un burger & il nous a été servi avec une boulette tellement cuites qu'elle était secs & brûlé. & je ne parle pas du pain qui semblait avoir passer la journée sur le comptoir. C'est inacceptable de servir cela à des clients. J'ai travaillé des années dans la restauration & jamais je n'aurais oser servir ces assiettes à mes clients.

We visited Au Petit Chalet for dinner & tried the'Mr. Vendetta' burger. The food was good - not mind-blowing, but enjoyable, & the burger was decent. The restaurant is apparently more famous for its brunch, so that might be where it really shines.

The atmosphere & vibe of the place were definitely a plus. It's cozy & inviting, making it a nice spot to relax & enjoy a meal. Overall, a solid choice for dinner if you're nearby, though I'd be curious to try their brunch next time.

WoW! J'ai essayé le smash gaufré du burger week, tout simplement décadent :) frites croustillantes, salade de choux très fraîche, burger savoureux… à déguster une étape à la fois! Service très attentionné, je me suis présentée sans réservation à l'heure de pointe & on m'a très bien accueillie & placée à une table de choix. J'y retourne très bientôt pour une poutine.. celles de mes voisins de table avaient l'air trop bonnes. Miam.

Je recommande à 100% ce resto. La bouffe était excellente (Smash burger poutine), le service super & prix raisonnable.

Rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel. Ce n'est pas de la haute gastronomie, mais pour un lunch entre collègues sur l'heure du midi, c'est parfait. Les burgers sont délicieux. J'y reviendrai!

J'ai été à la succursale sur Grande Allée avec mes enfants & nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre repas. Mention spéciale à l'excellent hamburger Vendetta . Ça faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas mangé un aussi bon burger. Le service est excellent, rapide & très sympathique. L'ambiance est relax alors c'était parfait avec les enfants.

The restaurant was very cozy & warm. However, it took them a long time to seat us-even though we were the only ones there & had a reservation, we still had to wait 15 minutes for someone to attend to us.

That being said, the breakfast was amazing-our eggs were cooked exactly as requested, & the crêpes & waffles were delicious.

In Quebec, many restaurants have small light cubes on the table that you can turn on when you're ready to order or need service. We didn't know about them at first & were wondering why no one was taking our order. But even after we figured it out, I don't think the staff really paid much attention to them because the service was still slow-which, to be fair, was the case everywhere we went in Quebec, not just at this restaurant.

Despite the slow service, we had a great breakfast experience, so we decided to come back for dinner as well.

We ordered a mojito, but they were out of mint-which, funny enough, seemed to be the case at every restaurant in Quebec! I guess they just don't have mint in the winter & always say,'We ran out.' Lol.

For food, we ordered nachos, which were very tasty, & the mushroom burger, which was essentially a cheeseburger with mushrooms-& it was heavenly. I was already full & wasn't planning to eat my burger, but oh my gosh, I couldn't resist!

I highly recommend this restaurant, but make sure to book in advance-the first time we tried to go, they couldn't seat us, so we had to make a reservation for the next day.

Super ambiance! Le burger fromage ultime est le meilleur à Québec selon mon copain & la poutine la petite cochonne pour la poutine week était excellente (assez pour l'ajouter au menu hihi)
