Super ambiance! Le burger fromage ultime est le meilleur à Québec selon mon copain & la poutine la petite cochonne pour la poutine week était excellente (assez pour l'ajouter au menu hihi)

We celebrated New Year's Eve dinner here, & it was an incredible experience. The atmosphere was warm & inviting, & the service was impressively fast. Despite not having a reservation, the staff quickly found us a table for two. The chocolat chaud was absolutely spectacular-an indulgent highlight of the evening. We also tried the buffalo poutine, & the buffalo sauce was spot-on-the best I've had in Quebec City! However, the chicken felt like it came from frozen patties, which was a bit of a letdown. We also ordered the deep-fried calamari, which were perfectly crispy, & the accompanying sauce was excellent. The staff's cheerful attitude added to the cozy, welcoming vibe of the place. Overall, it was a memorable way to start the new year!

It's alright. Not sure how the restaurant has so many good reviews. The breakfast poutine was tasty. Staff however can't answer simple questions & don't seem interested to help you find out, eg what type of cheese is used.

Stopped in for a late night meal. They only had an event menu, but everything was super delicious. Highly recommend the fried pickles. Veggie burger was top notch -- great consistency (some are like cardboard). Poutine was wicked good, & we def should have gotten the big one.

Very quaint! The food was awesome. Had the chalet breakfast poutine & two egg breakfast with sausage. Everything was very delicious. Coffee was good too!

Cute lil chalet place that makes you feel like you're out skiing with the wood & decor. Came in for a late breakfast & waited a bit as staff was busy as they were transitioning into lunch shifts & things, but no problem. Got the poutine du chalet/breakfast poutine & it was basically fries with bacon, ham, sausage, cheese curds, & hollandaise. Was amazing but also super heavy & a lot of food. A heathen might even dare to say too much food/hollandaise. :)

Super ambiance à ce restaurant! Les serveurs sont super aimables & la décoration est très belle. Toutefois, j'ai commandé la poutine & les brins de fromage étaient extrêmement froids comparativement aux autres composantes comme les frites & la viande. Cela a rendu mon expérience moins agréable malheureusement, mais sinon je recommande quand même d'y aller si vous êtes de passage sur Grande Allée, ça vaut la peine!
