Never again. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I visited over the long weekend, was placed in direct view of the kitchen where I saw some truly unhygienic practices happening in plain sight. There was an odd smell upstairs close to the bathrooms as well. Our food looked good but it didn't taste fresh. As soon as I left the restaurant I was viciously sick with food poisoning which confirmed my fears. I would never recommend this restaurant unfortunately.
Nous sommes allés pour la fête des Mères le dimanche 11 mai pour déjeuner. Nous étions 6 personnes. Nous avons très bien mangé & c'était délicieux. Les assiettes étaient bien agencées & aussi bien remplies. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir la meilleure serveuse. Très gentille & très professionnelle. Je recommande ce restaurant à tous.
On est allée manger Au petit chalet samedi matin vers 9h & honnêtement avant d'y aller on hésitait un peu. Les review sur internet sont mixes concernant le service & pour vrai j'ai rien à dire de négatif!
Peux importe le restaurant de déjeuner, j'y vais pas passer 9h sinon c'est pas mal occupé & j'aime manger relax.
Notre serveuse & un autre serveur sont venu à plusieurs reprises, même si cetais occupé, pour savoir si on voulaient de l'eau/café & ils étaient gentils.
C'est aussi cool aussi qu'il y a des cubes sur les tables pour commander / demander aux serveurs de venir nous voir.
La nourriture étais SUPER bonne ! La portion était gigantesque !

Je n'ai malheureusement pas pris de photos mais de part mon commentaire je peux vous signaler une très bonne expérience au petit chalet hier soir 29 mars.
Un accueil avec le sourire d'une jeune serveuse qui a su être professionnelle & souriante de bout en bout du service avec sa collègue de travail durant la soirée.
J'ai opté pour un hamburger Buffalo qui fut très bon accompagner d'une pouding en dessert qui le fut tout autant est accompagné d'un bon verre de vin blanc.
Le décor y est très sympathique on se croirait dans un véritable chalet canadien ! 🇨🇦
Visiting Quebec City & came across this place when I wanted some brunch. Love the cabin vibes & atmosphere. The food & milkshake we got was amazing & portions were very generous. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cute brunch experience.
The restaurant was very cozy & warm. However, it took them a long time to seat us-even though we were the only ones there & had a reservation, we still had to wait 15 minutes for someone to attend to us.
That being said, the breakfast was amazing-our eggs were cooked exactly as requested, & the crêpes & waffles were delicious.
In Quebec, many restaurants have small light cubes on the table that you can turn on when you're ready to order or need service. We didn't know about them at first & were wondering why no one was taking our order. But even after we figured it out, I don't think the staff really paid much attention to them because the service was still slow-which, to be fair, was the case everywhere we went in Quebec, not just at this restaurant.
Despite the slow service, we had a great breakfast experience, so we decided to come back for dinner as well.
We ordered a mojito, but they were out of mint-which, funny enough, seemed to be the case at every restaurant in Quebec! I guess they just don't have mint in the winter & always say,'We ran out.' Lol.
For food, we ordered nachos, which were very tasty, & the mushroom burger, which was essentially a cheeseburger with mushrooms-& it was heavenly. I was already full & wasn't planning to eat my burger, but oh my gosh, I couldn't resist!
I highly recommend this restaurant, but make sure to book in advance-the first time we tried to go, they couldn't seat us, so we had to make a reservation for the next day.
Une super belle soirée,bonne bouffe, bon service,on est même allé déjeuner se matin. On a autant adoré notre souper que notre déjeuner. Je le recommande à plusieurs amis
Nice place to come for brunch. Food was yummy, service was good....overall a nice place to go to for a good meal. They do get very busy so I recommend reservations. Enjoy.
