The food was pretty good with generous portions. The service was ok, very slow but on the bright side our server sang along to Hey Soul Sister. One thing to note is the bathroom is gender neutral & the urinals are out in the open which may be uncomfortable for women or younger girls.

Dans le groupe de personnes où nous étions, il y avait des plats normaux mais il y avait deux plats qui laissaient beaucoup à désirer, les lasagnes (même si dans le menu il est dit qu'elles sont différentes, moins d'étages) c'est ridicule à moitié dommage ça ressemblait à la portion que je donne à mes bébés, quelle honte, à part ça a demandé une entrée parce qu'elle avait faim & c'était minuscule 🤣 alors il s'est amusé avec les frites cuites & noires de ma fille. Très mauvaise expérience

Lots of families & friend groups came to enjoy a meal au Petit Chalet in the evening. Seating was primarily outdoors. The indoors was very nicely decorated & cozy, emulating a ski chalet atmosphere.

The washrooms were not well maintained. Soap & paper towels in the dispensers had run out. I brought this to the attention of a staff during my first visit to their washroom, & I requested a refill. He acknowledged my request- but later when I returned to use the washroom, there was still no soap nor paper towels.

My group waited for our orders for over an hour. It was not particularly busy. When I asked a staff around the hour mark after waiting, he told me he would look into it & we never heard from him again.

Our waitress was very kind & helpful. However, no one came to refill our waters until we asked. Twice. There was no food & no water for most of our time at the restaurant.

The calamari & warm brie appies were good. The brie was especially well garnished with the perfect notes of fruity & savoury. The calamari was also good- they were fried to a perfect crisp & not drenched in oil.

I ordered the crispy chicken poutine with thai sauce & was quite disappointed. The fries were incredibly soggy from when the dish came out. The chicken was crisped well & the thai sauce worked well with the chicken, but it did not work well with the gravy. There were very few cheese curds. Overall, my main dish experience was under par.

Très déçue . Limite tu as l'impression de gêner. Longue attente avant d'être placée sur une table.
Je recommande l'Atelier qui est à quelques mètres où l'accueil est topissime.

Loved everything about this place. The food was amazing, I ordered the Strawberry Flamboyant & an iced caramel macchiato. It was incredibly busy but the servers were doing great. Will definitely be going back.
