La nourriture est très bonne & l'emplacement aussi. Par contre, le service est nul. Nous avions fait une réservation, mais il a fallu attendre 20 minutes avant qu'on nous attribue une table. L'hôtesse n'a rien dit & ne s'est pas excusée pour le retard. Je tiens toutefois à souligner le service de notre serveur, qui était formidable.

Au Petit Chalet est un resto fort sympathique! L'ambiance est décontractée, les employés sont compétents & souriants & la nourriture est très bonne. L'aménagement est super cool & son emplacement sur la Grande-Allée est un beau plus. Pour une soirée entre amis ou un souper en tête-à-tête, le resto Au Petit Chalet est un très bon choix!

Super ambiance! Le burger fromage ultime est le meilleur à Québec selon mon copain & la poutine la petite cochonne pour la poutine week était excellente (assez pour l'ajouter au menu hihi)

Nous avons adoré la nourriture. Le burger Mr. Vandetta est réellement le meilleur au Québec! Par contre le service nous a déçu, plusieurs personnes arrivées après nous ont été servis bien avant que nous puissions commander. C'était frustrant & limite insultant. Le serveur a aussi insisté pour que nous donnions le pourboire en argent au lieu d'en pourcentage sur le terminal de paiement. C'était invasif.
