J'ai été très déçu concernant la cuisson de mon "filet mignon": j'avais demandé "médium saignant" & il était "cuit"; aussi, la sauce était froide !

Super service, le seul hik, salade aux lanières de poulet avec petits croquants d'os & bout sec. Ma fille est dédaigneuse donc pratiquement pas manger. Moi & ma conjointe côte levé sauce très bonne par contre portion petite de côte levé 5 os mais en largeur petite.

Je donnerais 3 étoiles & demies, mais nous ne pouvons pas...peut importe. J'ai bien apprécié le repas, avec la soupe, mais j'aurais aimé que l'on m'offre du pain ou biscuit soda. La soupe poulet & riz était bonne, un peu trop salé à mon goût, mais quand même bonne. Le Hamburger Spécial Barbies avec frites était ok sans plus. Le burger ne goûtait pas grand chose, un peu fade. Viande sèche. Mais bonne grosseur & cuisson quand même. Il manquerait juste un peu d'épice ou sauce spéciale. Les frites était d'une bonne cuisson (un peu blanchâtre par contre) mais bonne, & la portion était généreuse. Il n'y avait pas de sel & poivre sur la table, je ne sais pas si c'est à cause du COVID, mais la serveuse devrait l'offrir au client au moins. La boisson gazeuse (coke diète) goûtait trop le gaz carbonique. Le service a été bien, j'ai reçu tout ce que j'ai demandé & elle était cordiale.

Pour le saumon, il y a une différence entre bien cuit & trop cuit. Le nôtre était trop cuit & donc sec. J'aurais aimé au moins des quartiers de citron ou une sauce. Merci
