J'ai demandé une cuisson bleue & j'ai eu une viande trop cuite difficile à manger. Notre serveur est venu prendre la commande des breuvages & est revenue prendre notre commande de repas & c'est tout quand on a eu fini il c'est passé 20 minutes avant qu'il n'arrive il nous a évidemment demandé si le repas avait été bon & je lui explique que mon filet mignon étant trop cuit. Il m'a dit que j'aurais dû lui en parler alors je lui dit qu'il n'est jamais repasser nous voir .... il m'a dit : désolé je n'étais pas supposé être là aujourd'hui & m'a sorti une histoire.... 130$ mal investi....

Serveuse excellente mais très (trop) longue attente & un grand lot d'erreurs & d'oublis dans nos commandes de repas, occasionnant plusieurs insatisfactions auprès de mes invités (elle devait se fier à ses collègues, qui de toute évidence, ne sont pas formé ni vraiment avec le même degré d'intérêt pour le service clients).
