J'ai commander avec Ubereats j'ai reçu complètement une assiette différente, des crevettes , & j'y suis allergique.... J'ai bien voulu les contacter mais j'ai commander a la fin du service donc c'est maintenant fermé... a cette heure la j'ai dû me recommander autre chose & jeter le tout a la poubelle...

Le serveur qui essaie de nous faire sentir mal parce qu'on utilise un coupon rabais & nous fait sentir "cheap".
"N'oubliez pas de considérer le coupon dans le pourboire!"
Le serveur est rarement venu nous voir, même si il n'y avait presque personne dans sa section. Le service est la seule chose dont on se souvient de la soirée, puisque le serveur nous as vraiment rendu mal à l'aise.
Je comprends qu'il fallait mentionner le coupon au début du repas & c'était notre erreur, mais de nous faire un speech interminable sur les mauvais clients qui "pêtent une coche" quand ils se font refuser leur coupon, c'etait lourd.
Sans blague, si on revient à se restaurant & on tombe sur le même serveur, soit on quitte, soit on en demande un autre.
Sinon, la nourriture était comme d'habitude.
