J'avais visité votre restaurant en 2017 pour la dernière dois. J'ai été été agréablement surpris par les rénovations apportées depuis & la nouvelle ambiance! Bravo!

Les boulettes Lao étaient trop cuites. Mais le reste du repas était très bon.

Le serveur était mêlé dans nos drinks. Il y avait des erreurs sur nos factures.
Mise à part ceci, c'était parfait. Nous allons y retourner.

Le service est désorganisé (nous avons été servis longtemps après des tables arrivées après nous, avons dû faire signe car nous avions été oubliés, puis par la suite 2 serveurs venaient nous voir pour nous demander la même chose sans aucune coordination).

Les boulettes Lao n'avaient aucune finesse.

Le beignet dessert était minuscule.

Les chaises étaient inconfortables.

Points positifs: la salade de papaye, les brochettes & les sauces étaient délicieuses.

For a real Asian experience as I have experienced when I lived in Asia, Bati meets all the criteria. Food is good, average service & the best part is the cute dog in the restaurant. This cute little puppy even had the chance to drink water from his owner's glass on her lap at the table. When we asked our server if this was normal here, she replied there's nothing wrong, & asked if we were afraid. We simply replied, no, it's just not sanitary.
This was our last time there. Too bad, the food was good.

Je croyais que c'était plus nourriture de rue sud-est asiatique. J'ai trouvé que c'était très québécois avec un effort de mettre des accents asiatiques. L'ardoise du moment était fade & sans saveur. Le PadThai était bon, sans pas extraordinaire.

Average pad Thai & stir fry. Lychee spritz was very good. Laotian meatballs were okay but with the sauce & slaw were very good & a good portion. Very nice atmosphere although the wait for service & food was a downe
