Excellent à tous les niveaux,
Parfait équilibre des saveurs, des notes d'originalité bien pensées entre terre & mer, entre produit locaux & cuisine italienne. C'est surprenant & ça fonctionne redoutablement bien. Bonne carte des vins, plutôt vins du sud pour rester dans l'esprit des lieux. Service aussi excellent, agréable, disponibled sans tomber dans l'hyper-présence. Gastronomes - Allez-y les yeux fermés !
On regrette seulement qu'il n'y ait pas plus de places, attention à réserver (très) à l'avance :).
Peut-être aussi une terrasse estivale sur le terre-plein central de Langelier pour le futur?
