Privilège d'être aux tabourets élevés & d'observer les cuisiniers à l'oeuvre un des proprios chefs à l'écoute de mes demandes pour élaborer sur les actions qui se déroulaient sous mes yeux la présentation de plats tout aussi délicieux les uns des autres. Serveuse généreuse en explications & excellente conseillère pour les vins. Soirée à recommander même si leurs talents sont déjà. Si long avant d'obtenir réservation

Service impeccable, très à l'écoute, ayant à coeur le plaisir & le confort de leur client. La nourriture était exquise & les saveurs bien balancés entre les différents services ainsi que les boissons. Une ambiance sobre & raffinée, un éclairage parfait pour une soirée en amoureux ou entre amis. Le choix de la musique était judicieux pour rendre l'endroit accueillant & chaleureux ainsi que propice aux discussions sans l'étouffer. Une très belle expérience dans l'ensemble.
