Nice location & patio. Staff were attentive. Food came out quick. Calamari was very good. Rigatoni carbonara was ok. Have had better carbonara. The sauce had a bechemel flavour.

My wife & I wanted to have one last good meal before we headed to the airport to fly home.

Our shuttle bus was leaving the hotel at 11:45am & Bello doesn't open until 11:00am. So we went by early & made a reservation & explained the situation. The server was very attentive to make sure that we received our food promptly & stayed on schedule.

We ordered the Pizza al Prosciutto & the Rigatoni All'Arrabiata Al Gambaretto to both share. The server had the kitchen split both entrees onto 2 plates. I thought this was a nice gesture to keep us from having to split them at the table.

The pizza was absolutely delicious! & this Arkansas boy may not know how to pronounce'Rigatoni All'Arrabiata Al Gambaretto', but I do know how to say,'Mmmm, mmm, mm!'

So if you are in the Quebec area, take this country boy's advice & go get you a meal at Bello Ristorante!

Wonderfully prepared food, attentive & friendly service & lovely atmosphere. Reservations are a must. Willing to accommodate gluten free. Partner had seafood pizza & was in heaven. Host was super-friendly & very efficient.

Everything at Bello was delicious & the service was friendly, fast & attentive. From the fresh pasta to the wood fired pizzas My friends & I enjoyed our visit so much we went the second night we were in Quebec City as well.

This restaurant is a pretty penny for what your getting but I enjoyed every moment & bite. There were multiple gentlemen who attended my table. Delicious food , drink & dessert. I only speak English & was spoken to in English which was helpful. I had asked for ranch with my pizza & although this is more of an American thing (they didn't carry it) they made me some in the back & brought it out. It was delicious. Every person was so kind & helpful. This was a early birthday dinner for myself & I was very satisfied. The waiters (all the workers) were so kind & attentive not only to me but to everyone at the restaurant. I hope I can come back again one day :)

Mains were good, tiramisu wasn't (not sure what the rave on some other reviews on the tiramisu is but I've had better). Ambience was great. It all went south with the service we received. Our waiter seemed more interested in being attentive to some groups than others. Seemed least bothered to show my table any attention to the point when we requested for some pepper we never received it (but he had time for chit chat with other tables). We felt like we weren't welcome. We would never visit this restaurant again. There are much better restaurants around.

Great option in Quebec. Food was all prepared well & tasted great. I would agree with a couple other people that service could be a little more timely & attentive but we have certainly encountered worse. Give it a try

A good friend recommended that we make a reservation for dinner. Which is a good idea ahead of time. We were taken in right away & the atmosphere surrounded us right away. Our server was Daevon. He was absolutely the best server I have ever experienced. He was so attentive & friendly & yes English is spoken. As well as Daevon, so was Maxine! She was very attentive, our water was always filled. The both of them work well together as we watch them both work together at setting up other tables as the night went on. My husband & I surely enjoyed our experience at IL Bello. From the starter cocktails to the end with an espresso & digestive, the entire evening was a delight. We shared the Capesante Al Pastis - scallops flambeed. Hubby had the Tagliatelle All' Anatra - pasta & duck confit. I had the Rissotto Al Gameretto - rice rosotto with tiger shrimp in a white wine sauce. All dishes were over the top & the portions were just perfect. Absolutely recommended this resturant. Very impressed & very satisfied!! Chef kiss.

Everything about the experience was phenomenal. Food was superb, had the pizza, pasta, salad & bello cake. All were beyond expectations. Service was attentive, quick & friendly. The atmosphere was amazing, watching the pizzas in the wood burning oven was a nice touch.
