We had an excellent evening out to dinner in Quebec. The staff was attentive, caring & made us feel welcome. The bar tender particularly, had a flair for chatting with us as well as tending to our needs, not to mention answering the phone & making an astounding number & variety of drinks for other patrons. The dinner, a veal parmigiana & linguine carbonara were delicious as well as promptly served. We highly recommend Bello Restaurant.

My husband & I enjoyed a lovely evening recently at Bello. We both had an appetizer; he had the onion soup & I had the prosciutto & melon. My husband claimed it was the best onion soup he'd ever had. For our mains, he had linguine with meatballs & I had the penne with shrimp & goat's cheese. My pasta was quite possibly the best pasta dish I have ever had at a restaurant. It was quite simply delicious. My husband also enjoyed his meal immensely. The young woman who served us was attentive & friendly. She provided excellent service. Should we return to Quebec City, we would definitely go to Bello again. I would recommend it to anyone however reservations are a must to avoid disappointment.

Arrived hungry, & having looked at the online menu, with high expectations. Then, went off menu for the "chef's special" for the surf 'n turf (scallops & beef marrow). A sublime experience with every possible flavour present on one plate! Our server was exceptional & very attentive to our needs. The beef carpaccio was amazing. Definitely will go back next time I'm in Quebec city.

The tuna I had on the lunch menu was absolutely delicious! I have been to Bello at least twice for supper & many times for lunch as I work in the area. Amazing service & the food - especially the risotto is well worth the price. The staff is very attentive - always filling up glasses of water & asking if all is OK. Service with a smile. I highly recommend Ristorante Bello!

Papardelle dish my wife had was good but the risotto frutti di mare was a bit overcooked. The seafood in the risotto was done nicely. Ambiance is excellent, valet service good & the service was very attentive to our needs.

As usual the ambiance & food were both excellent. Our waiter Jean-Michel was attentive & made our evening most enjoyable. We have no hesitation in recommending this mainstay on our trips to Quebec.
