Amazing food, horrible staff, The staff ignore you if you speak English. One of them tried to imply that we were going to dine & dash. They seem more interested in playing with each other & their drunk friends.

Par contre, dommage que la musique soit un peu trop forte. Il faut crier pour se parler. Par respect pour la violonniste, on pourrait baisser un peu les décibelles car on l'entend pas beaucoup! Elle est tres bonne.,

Le serveur a pris notre commande & il n'est jamais revenu nous voir après ... JAMAIS!!! Ni pour nous débarrasser les assiettes terminées, ni pour nous offrir autre chose comme un 2e verre de vin. J'ai du demander à une serveuse d'une autre table pour avoir ma facture & j'avais toujours les assiettes souillées devant moi. C'est un des pires service que j'ai eu en 30 ans au Portofino. Ça fait pitié! Je lui ai laissé une pourboire très petit & je regrette même d'en avoir laisser. Très décevant!

très bel endroit avec décor somptueux & « cozzy ».
Le seul bémol est le service: la serveuse s'empressait de débarrasser la table aussitôt la dernière bouchée (ou gorgée) prise. On se sentait donc presser de partir.
