Le professionnalisme & le soin pour la clientèle du maître d'hôte est digne de mention:

Je me suis présentée un dimanche soir à 21:30 en espérant pouvoir manger une entrée rapidement avant de retourner à la gare d'autocars pour 22h.

Le restaurant était bondé & le maître d'hôte m'informe que la cuisine est malheureusement fermée depuis 45 min. Des plats sortent encore toutefois de la cuisine, témoignant du retard accumulé au courant de cette soirée occupée.

J'explique ma situation au maître d'hôte & celui-ci a fait tout ce qui était en son pouvoir pour m'accommoder: il me fait préparer un tartare de mon choix pour emporter en moins de 10 min.

Je suis vraiment reconnaissante de l'excellent service que j'ai reçu & d'autant plus ravie de la délicieuse nourriture que j'ai pu obtenir dans un laps de temps aussi restreint (alors que la cuisine était fermée!)
