Bonjour,
Une belle soirée samedi dernier, mon amie avait reversé dans ce restaurant italien. Nous étions bien installé sur une banquette, accueilli par un gentil jeune homme, avec un bel accent français, très souriant.
Les pâtes un peu dispendieuses mais délicieuses. Néanmoins, grâce à Mathieu notre serveur, ce fut un agréable moment. Il nous a même offert un dessert pour s'excuser du désagrément bien qu'il n’était ni obligé, ni responsable du temps d'attente.

J'ai pris une Soupe à l'oignon gratinée, puis; des Penne ;
► Déception pour les Penne Gratinés
► Beaucoup trop de Tabasco;
► "Aucun Goût pour des pennes gratinés"
Pour ce qui est du café
► Dégueulasse "Brulé & Vieux"
Une chance que le vin était très bon.
En terminant, mon chum de Montréal a apprécié le décor L'ambiance, le service & son repas.

We ordered for a Vegetarian pizza & calamari starters. Calamari fries were super crunchy & tasty. The pizza was of a generous portion & very tasty too. The servers were pleasant. They have a cool gadget on every table that you need to tap whenever you need service & when you are ready to pay.

Serveur très désagréable (un Français constaud avec barbe). Très antipathique. Fort heureusement, un jeune homme (suiteur?) a corrigé à quelques occasions les désagréments & oublis de notre serveur assigné.

Seul commentaire négatif: Il a fallut demander à plusieurs fois pour avoir certains items commandés. ex Sauce supplémentaire, verre de vin. Qualité de la nourriture 100%

Nous allons manger au Portofino à quelques reprises quand nous sommes de passage à Québec, mais, là, c'était la dernière fois. Pourquoi? Parce qu'on nous fait attendre trop longtemps pour nous servir notre repas. Nous ne sommes pas des jeunes à qui c'est une sortie pour la soirée. Nous, on arrivait de Montréal, & on voulait manger. Cela a pris 1h30 avant d'avoir notre repas. J'ai trouvé cela trop long. J'avais l'impression (?) que ce temps d'attente était voulu pour nous faire consommer du vin en attendant.....
