J'ai l'habitude de venir chez Boston Pizza régulièrement avec ma conjointe, souvent en semaine (lundi, mardi ou jeudi), & le service est habituellement impeccable.

Par contre, dernièrement, en venant le samedi du côté bar, l'expérience était complètement différente.

Le service manquait clairement d'attention : peu de suivi, il fallait demander pour être servi, & une impression que certaines tables étaient plus prioritaires que d'autres, ce qui donne une expérience inégale.

C'est dommage, surtout pour un restaurant que j'apprécie depuis plusieurs années & où l'équipe fait généralement un excellent travail.

J'espère sincèrement retrouver la même qualité de service, peu importe le jour de la semaine.

Service toujours impeccable de la part Mélanie & de Jean-Maxime. Endroit agréable pour un 5 à 7 & pour l'heure du dîner, avec un menu midi très intéressant côté prix !
