aujourd'hui en 2026 très dur à trouver des restaurateurs qui vendent de la viande fumée je dirais un des meilleurs restaurateurs pour leur viande fumée bravo à cette équipe pacifiquement pour leur viande fumée il devrait avoir plus de restaurants qui devrait faire cela avoir des viandes fumée quand c'est bon c'est bon avec la réglementation c'est du n'importe quoi dans la restauration j'espère pouvoir recommander à nouveau il a pas 2 moyens de faire la viande fumée c'est le meilleur & j'espère qu'il va reste

Je suis resté surpris du bon goût de leur viande. Étant moi même un pitmaster amateur sur un offset smoker, je recommande fortement cet endroit pour manger de la bonne viande fumé (fumé sur un vrai fumoir & non pas dans des fumoirs industrielles au propane)

J'ai eu le plaisir de coordonner un mariage à Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier où le traîteur'Ça a l'air cochon' s'occupait du service, & quelle belle expérience !

La nourriture était délicieuse : les viandes braisées, Wouaw! Mais le saumon !!! Incroyable!!!

Les gars du staff étaient vraiment charmants, serviables & gentleman. Ça a été un vrai plaisir collaborer avec du staff aussi attentionné & agréable.

Un énorme merci à toute l'équipe, je les recommande sans hésiter pour tous vos événements !

PS : Ils sont tous charmants & en + Dereck est célibataire (avant dernier 😏😏😏😏) // consentement demandé pour cette info 😂
