J'ai effectué une commande en livraison (commande #91257) le 9 juin 2026. Le temps de livraison fût long mais le gérant a décidé de nous offrir un petit quelque chose pour s'excuser & ce geste, à mes yeux, sans le demander, démontre leur intérêt de bien servir leur clientèle. Un service offert ne peut pas être'parfait' à chaque fois, mais quand l'on prend les devants pour s'excuser & offrir une solution, encore une fois sans le demander, cela témoigne de l'engouement à offrir une belle expérience client. Bravo à ce gérant hier qui nous a fait vite oublié le temps d'attente en livraison & le livreur. Je suis un client satisfait & merci encore une fois pour ce geste.
