Pire service à la clientèle, j'appelle pour commander au téléphone, le Monsieur accepte ma commande pour moi & mon garçon, j'arrive sur place pour reccuperer ma commande & on me dit qu'ils ne prennent pas de commande aux téléphone & de me mettre dans la file d'attente. Pourquoi ne pas m'avoir dit cela téléphone ? J'ai dépassé le Ashton sur le bord de l'autoroute de levis pour aller jusqu'au galerie chagnon!!!

Excellent service de la part des employées de dimanche après-midi. Par contre, l'ambiance & le décor ne sont aussi plaisants que à d'autres succursales.
Les patates étaient trop cuites & raides, & le fromage de la poutine trop froid. Le reste était très bon.
Toutes des choses facilement ameliorables pour avoir 5 *

Je suis allé quelques fois à la succursale des Galeries Chagnon & lorsqu'on commande une poutine, les frites sont des restants de fond de panier cachées en dessous du fromage & de la sauce. Ceux qui commandent des assiettes ont quand à eux de belles frites appétissantes... Assez ordinaire & je me suis faite avoir 3 ou 4 fois, espérant un résultat différent d'une fois à l'autre. C'est terminé pour moi à cet emplacement... :(

Excellente poutine! La meilleure & la plus réconfortante 🥰
Très belle équipe à Lévis au Galeries Chagnon! Ces jeunes gens veulent vraiment nous donner une belle expérience! Je suis toujours partante pour une bonne poutine réconfortante à cet endroit vu le service.

Cette fois-ci, j'ai un coup de coeur pour l'accueil d'Alexis - un jeune homme que je n'avais jamais vu & qui a été très polie & souriant. Il m'a même dit bonne appétit malgré que ce n'est pas lui qui m'a servi ma poutine!
