Nouveau restaurant à Boischatel

C'est avec une vive curiosité que j'ai poussé la porte de Chez Mio, ce tout nouveau restaurant sur l'avenue Royale à Boischatel qui vient tout juste d'ouvrir ses portes. L'endroit était très fréquenté pour un restaurant n'étant en activité que depuis trois jours, ce qui indique un bon démarrage! L'ambiance était animée & le service fonctionnait correctement malgré l'affluence.

J'ai commandé le sandwich déjeuner sur ciabatta. Les saveurs étaient effectivement très réussies ; l'association de la frittata, de la mozza, du prosciutto & de la roquette, & la touche de mayo au beurre de tomates séchées apportait une profondeur & une richesse savoureuse qui liaient tous les ingrédients avec brio. La qualité du produit est palpable. Cela étant, en consultant la carte, le prix des assiettes & des toasts semble positionné dans le haut de la fourchette pour un déjeuner de ce type ($17 pour un sandwich). L'expérience gustative est positive, & c'est un bon choix pour ceux qui privilégient la qualité des ingrédients.

Je recommande chaleureusement cette adresse & je compte bien y retourner pour explorer le menu du dîner. Bienvenue à Chez Mio, un ajout plus que bienvenu à Boischatel.

Quelle soirée inoubliable au restaurant Chez Mio ! J'ai découvert cet endroit & je n'ai pas été déçu une seconde. Dès l'entrée, l'ambiance style café-bistro, un décor chaleureux. On se sent tout de suite comme à la maison.

Côté cuisine, c'est l'excellence. J'ai opté pour une entrée de calmar croustillant à souhait, mon plat signature, le tartare de saumon bien assaisonné & le dessert... une crème brûlée, pur délice !

Le service est à la hauteur : attentif, professionnel & avec ce petit plus de chaleur humaine qui fait toute la différence.
Bref, Mio est une adresse à ne pas manquer, je reviendrai les yeux fermés & je le recommande à 100% ! Merci pour cette expérience. 😊
