Nous d'une venu chez Mio il y quelques mois pour déjeuner & nous étions très déçue. À part un excellent café, la nourriture était horrible. Mais, nous avons choisi de donner une 2ème chance & nous avons réservé pour souper.
Le service était impeccable, Melina a été charmante & agréable.
Nous avons essayé les calmars, je crois qu'ils sont les meilleurs que j'ai mangé à date & j'en ai essayé plusieurs. Excellent!
J'ai choisi la pizza mortadelle & pistache. Une belle pâte gonflé & appétissante , un peu de ricotta, beaucoup de pistache & des belles tranches de mortadelle. Malheureusement, le mortadelle sort du frigo sous il est froid donc, quand on reçoit la pizza, la ricotta est refroidit & la pizza n'est pas aussi chaude qu'elle devrait l'être. Quand même bon mais il m'a resté une partie & le lendemain, j'ai fait grillé la mortadelle.... toute la différence!!
Peut-être suggéré à votre chef qu'il grille la mortadelle sur la plaque avant de la mettre sur la pizza!
Un peu de sauce pourrait être intéressant aussi.....

Très très bonne découverte pour ce nouveau resto, le rapport qualité-prix est top ! Le personnel est très aimable, le seul petit point d'amélioration serait de clarifier le système de choix pour les salades, pour les touristes ce n'est pas ultra clair.
