Manque total de considération envers les clients dès l'entrée. J'ai l'habitude de déjeuner chez Cora, mais cette succursale est, de loin, la pire que j'aie connue en matière d'accueil.

Après avoir attendu pendant un moment, j'ai échangé plusieurs regards avec les deux serveuses (une plus jeune & une dame un peu plus âgée), qui semblaient être responsables d'accueillir & d'installer les clients. Nous avons établi un contact visuel à plusieurs reprises, mais aucune ne m'a adressé la parole ni fait le moindre geste pour m'indiquer qu'il fallait patienter. J'avais réellement l'impression d'être invisible.

Devant ce manque total de considération, j'ai finalement décidé de quitter le restaurant sans même m'asseoir. Pourtant, le restaurant était loin d'être bondé. Un simple « Bonjour, nous serons avec vous dans un instant » aurait suffi.

La serveuse étais très gentille, très bon service , mais ça m'a coûter 140$ de déjeuner avec ma famille & j'avais des coquilles d'oeufs dans mes oeufs, un pancake pas cuit , j'ai retourner 3X mes oeufs…. Ça été pas très cool comme expérience lol mais la serveuse a été très gentille & compréhensive…. Donc la serveuse 5 étoile , la cuisine 1 étoile lol

Payer 22$ pour une portion minuscule c'est vraiment insultant ! J'ai prit la cassolettes 10 étages en pensant pouvoir manger à ma fin, je suis ressorti le ventre vide ! Des portions très petite…
