Le service est courtois, rien à redire de ce côté. Cependant, j'ai été très déçu par la façon dont le pourboire est demandé. Pour moi, un pourboire, ça se donne avec plaisir, quand on a été agréablement surpris par le service. Malheureusement, ici, on se sent un peu forcé : la machine TPV propose automatiquement des montants très élevés, & il faut presque faire des acrobaties pour choisir un montant personnalisé. De plus, le commis te remets le TPV au service à l'auto sans rien dire & tu dois deviner qu'il faut faire une sélection sur l'écran tactile. C'est maladroit & ça gâche un peu l'expérience…

Jeudi le 22-05 pour dîner été me chercher café soupe légumes & spag. soupe bonnre sauce à spag pas mon genre.jeprend la peine de demander ustensil. rendu dans 1 stationnerment à 10 minutes du resto j'ouvre le sac & 1 soupe & 1 cuillère. pas essui tout pas ustensil pour manger mon spag. très déçu.
