You can witness the production of our delicious cheese made daily in our micro-dairy. In addition, our cheese counter provides a full range of fine cheeses and excellent homemade products.

Étant parents de militaire nous avions décidé de nous rendre à votre restaurant pour manger une poutine le 11 novembre au soir ( Belle initiative de votre part pour les dons ). J'ai commandé une poutine avec un extra saucisse. Quand on me l'a servi je ne les voyais pas. J'ai tassé le dessus & j'en ai vue quelques petits morceaux dans le fond seulement. Tellement ratatiné que j'avais l'impression qu'elle avait été cuite depuis l'heure du midi….& non fraîchement rôti.

Chez un certain compétiteur que vous connaissez très bien j'ai jamais ce problème.

Très bonne poutine ! Mais si vous offrez un extra saucisse assurez-vous d'en donner pour son argent au client qui paye pour cet extra.

Spaghetti gratiné: à peine assez de sauce pour assoir le fromage, cru à une erreur , quand j ai demandé on m a dit que j avais'droit' à plus, un petit contenant , afin d avoir assez pour coloré les pâtes j ai dû payé pour l extra pas loin de 5$ de plus pour 4 oz , radin. En plus pour une fromagerie on s attendrait à un gratin conséquent il était limite pour la quantité de pâte. Quelques 25$ plus loin je déconseille. Je mange souvent sur la route j avais essayé ici la poutine dont le fromage avait vraiment fait la différence avec ailleurs mais là je crois pas que je reviendrai. Il y a des limite quand même

Service was slow & mediocre at best & the lasagna was really bad, however the poutine was delicious! Definitely won't return, really pricey for what it is, but I do recommend the poutine if you're passing by.
