the poutine was delicious, the cheese curds so fresh they squeaked in the mouth! friendly woman who took our order, also knew english. loved the decor! all n all was very enchanting to this prairie girl (: wish I could have seen the cheese curd machine in action...definitely want to come back someday thank-you :)

J'ai commandé une poutine moyenne italienne. Il y avait très peu de fromage en comparaison des autres fois. Je suis retourné avec ma poutine & on m'a répondu que les portions de fromage était calculé. Soit qu'ils ont diminué de beaucoup leur portions, en tout cas, le gars n'as pas voulu rééquilibrer ma portion. Très décevant !!

Étonnamment c'est dans une fromagerie où j'ai mangé la moins bonne poutine de mes vacances. Le fromage n'était fondant du tout. Je ne m'attendait pas à un service type fast food dans une fromagerie.
