La nourriture est excellente; le mélange des saveurs est harmonieux &, que dire du dessert, sublime!

Le moelleux & la douceur de la mousse, le croustillant des pépites de biscuits épicés, le sucré de certains coulis de fruits merveilleusement équilibrés par l'acidité de d'autres fruits, vraiment décadent.

Notre visite s'est faite dans le cadre de Québec exquis & c'est certains que nous y retournerons.

Excellente nourriture. Service attentionné de notre serveur qui a eu la gentillesse de souligner l'anniversaire d'une des convives par une assiette dessert! Très apprécié!

Ambiance chaleureuse. Service très efficace & aimable. Tous les plats étaient bons, mais le dessert était au-dessus de la mêlée. Nous avons eu un beau moment.

Dans le cadre du Québec Exquis! nous avons choisi le Graffiti pour le lunch. Le potage exquis, le plat principal était le navarin d'épaule de boeuf au panais & au vin rouge du vignoble Sainte-Pétronille avec mini patates douces confites au gras de canard & légumes de saison vraiment délicieux à cette exception près que le quart de mon boeuf n'était pas assez cuit (tirailles); le dessert, un tarte aux bleuets, coulis au chocolat noir INAYA™ 65 % & fève tonka était exceptionnelle!

Great service & elegant decoration/setting, generous portion. Better than Cafe Hobbit.
LOBSTER BISQUE WITH VEGETABLE BRUNOISE, ok, a bit too strong on seasoning.
CARAMELIZED SCALLOPS & PRAWNS WITH FLAKY PASTRY NANTAIS BUTTER & SPINACH, good, but not sure if the buttery pastry goes well with wonderful shrimp & scallop.
PAN-FRIED VEAL SWEETBREADS AGED BALSAMIC MARINATED MUSHROOMS, great, love it. I would prefer a little more crispy on the outside.
GRAFFITI STYLE LINGUINE, my son loves it.
FISH OF THE DAY is Bass with risotto. Bass is perfect. Hate the risotto, very strong flavor.
SCALLOPS & NAGANO PORK BELLY with extra duck FOIE GRAS, best of all. Goose FOIE GRAS would be nice.

Then we were stuffed & no room for dessert.
If you have been to Kitchen Galerie in Montreal, you would have a better understanding to my comments. The food here is one notch less in every way, but better than a lot of places in Quebec City.
I would rather come here than most of the top places on yelp, tripadvisors & etc.

Le repas était excellent, mais comme le serveur nous a laissé seules pendant au moins 20 min, après le plate principal. nous n'avons pas eu le temps de prendre le café & un dessert...en plus, nous étions là pour souligner la fête d'une amie & je l'avais mentionné dans la reservation. J'étais très déçue...
