Très belle soirée
Le service fut impeccale, restaurant avec ambiance calme où il es facile de discuter avec les gens.
[la nourriture était excellente mention spéciale pour la cuisson des riz de veau

Le service fut excellent, sans faux-pas. La nourriture fut bien; potage aux légumes ordinaire avec forte présence de choux de bruxelle, peu de pétoncles (au point d'en couper en deux pour en faire plus) dans le risotto & le mi-cuit de bison était très salé. Par contre, le cassoulet & le short-rib étaient excellents. Sans être exorbitant, le prix du repas était supérieur à la qualité des mets. Je reviendrai probablement.

The food? Delious! We ate there on both nights of our trip to Quebec. From risotto to venison & salmon to the apple tart, every bite was worth savoring. The service was attentive, helpful & not a bit intrusive. Ask for a table by the window, & make a reservation. This place is popular.

Great service & elegant decoration/setting, generous portion. Better than Cafe Hobbit.
LOBSTER BISQUE WITH VEGETABLE BRUNOISE, ok, a bit too strong on seasoning.
CARAMELIZED SCALLOPS & PRAWNS WITH FLAKY PASTRY NANTAIS BUTTER & SPINACH, good, but not sure if the buttery pastry goes well with wonderful shrimp & scallop.
PAN-FRIED VEAL SWEETBREADS AGED BALSAMIC MARINATED MUSHROOMS, great, love it. I would prefer a little more crispy on the outside.
GRAFFITI STYLE LINGUINE, my son loves it.
FISH OF THE DAY is Bass with risotto. Bass is perfect. Hate the risotto, very strong flavor.
SCALLOPS & NAGANO PORK BELLY with extra duck FOIE GRAS, best of all. Goose FOIE GRAS would be nice.

Then we were stuffed & no room for dessert.
If you have been to Kitchen Galerie in Montreal, you would have a better understanding to my comments. The food here is one notch less in every way, but better than a lot of places in Quebec City.
I would rather come here than most of the top places on yelp, tripadvisors & etc.

Choix minuscule de demi bouteilles de vin. La demi bouteille de Brouilly de 500 ml devrait être disponible, comme l'est sa grande soeur, celle de 750 ml.
Le porc était un peu ferme mais le ris de veau était parfait. Le poisson était excellent. Le service était impeccable.

Pour ma part, c'était ok ppur mes choix mais sans plus. Par contre, pour ma copine, le potage de carottes était fade. Il ne goûtait à peu près rien. Le tartare de thon quand à lui, il ne goûtait que les oignons verts. Ceux-ci masquaient totalement le goût du thon rouge.
Le service quand à lui, était excellent.
