Malaise au Complexe de la Pyramide - HOLY Burger

Le 7 mai vers 19h, au complexe de la Pyramide (HOLY Burger), un employé m'a ouvert la porte. J'ai voulu dire merci, mais je ne suis pas sûr d'avoir réussi à le faire clairement. Quoi qu'il en soit, j'ai été accueilli par un DERIEN lancé très fort, suivi d'un regard glacial une fois dans les escaliers, comme si j'avais commis une faute impardonnable.

Je comprends que tout le monde a ses journées. Mais si ouvrir une porte demande en retour une validation immédiate & parfaite, ça devient problématique.

On peut offrir un geste sans attendre une rétribution immédiate, surtout quand on travaille dans un lieu d'accueil. Un peu plus de bienveillance ferait du bien à tout le monde.

Super bon burger ! Pour le service la fille blonde qui est souvent la le dimanche midi n a aucune façon ,ça lui tente pas d être là & ça paraît. Pour le reste tout est parfait

You've got to try the burgers here! Every time we go it's consistently delicious. Staff are forgiving of our poor or non-existant french language skills. Parking lot is busy & the pot holes are insanity bit they are totally worth it for this delicious burger & fries. See you next year when we are in Quebec again!

Good, but a bit overpriced for the size. The displayed pictures are very misleading. The burgers are no where close to the size advertised. But those burgers are good but not enough to justify the asking price.

The best burger in town. Taste Holy exactly like its name. I really recommend STERLING cuz it has freaking delicious fried onion in it

Tres bon, difficile d'arrêter sont choix sur un burger pcq bcq de choix, le fait de pouvoir prendre 1 ou 2 boulettes est également une bonne idée. Bouteilles ou pompe pour le ketchup/mayo serait le fun au lieu des sachets mais c'est un petit détail. Je recommande

Decent burgers for QC.. however they were a bit burned. It's also somewhat difficult to dine in since the empty tables are limited, & not clean.. It's a good place but needs much more improvements!

With decent burgers in place, there are still opportunities for improvements.

First - you have ketchup on demand, in small single-serve'airplane-mode' applications. It's a joke as it's not convenient at all, all QSRs got rid off this stuff long time ago, while you are behind. Are you really trying to save money? Just put big squeeze bottles, the same what your competitors do.

Second - your fries. You either have to change oil more frequently or to change the type of the oil you use as fries' smell is not nice & good flavour is lost.

Third & the main one - your personnel. While I appreciate the fact that people work on a minimum wage, it's not an excuse for not to maintain standard practices of how to welcome & service customers. No one was rude or disrespectful in my case, but simple'good morning','how are you doing, Sir','what else would you like' or just a smile would be greatly appreciated.
