Pour être un amateur d'escargots, je dois avouer que l'Inter est TRÈs surprenant. Les meilleurs escargots en ville, & de loin! Excellent service, excellente ambiance. Notre serveur était exceptionnel dans son service.

Nous sommes de Québec & nous avons fait la route vers le Saguenay pour une fin de semaine, sans attentes bien précises. Ce ne sont pas les établissement de restauration qui manquent dans notre région & nous sortons relativement fréquemment. Cependant, je tiens à dire qu'il faisait maintenant beaucoup trop longtemps que nous n'avions pas eu droit à une expérience aussi nickel. On parle en années. Franchement, aucun point négatif & j'ai quand même un niveau de standard élevé & une certaine expérience dans l'univers de la restauration. Allez-y sans hésiter. La sélection de drink, bière & vins est surprenante, bien garnie & excellente. La qualité de la nourriture est irréprochable & sors des sentiers battus niveau complexité des ingrédients. Les prix sont très Honnêtes. Le service a dépassé nos attentes. Le décors est réussis & le mobilier solide. Franchement, une chance que nous ne demeurons pas au Saguenay, nous serions ruinés! Félicitation & longue vie! N.B Nous avons mangé au Rouge le lendemain soir, établissement tenu par les même propriétaires & ayant leur cuisine commune. Vous pouvez faire un copié/collé de ce commentaire. La différence se trouve uniquement au niveau de l'ambiance & du menu puisque les 2 établissements n'ont pas la même vocation (un plus bar/sport chill, l'autre plus souper de qualité amis/couple) mais ce sont tout deux une valeur sure & un incontournable lors de nos prochaines visites dans la région.
