Absolutely the best Mexican food I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying -Exciting blends of flavours, nothing over-powering, nothing muddied. The place is 100% gluten-free! I had churros for the first time in my life since churros are never gluten-free. So glad they were Julio Taqueria's, as I'm confident they're the best. Speaking of best - best guacamole! &, again, the perfect blend of flavours.

I walked an hour to get there - up one side of the mountain & down the other & felt quite out of my element with my limited french & being far from the usual tourist path. But, I instantly felt safe & well cared for, the moment I walked in the door. Two charming servers warmly greeted me & ensured my visit was delightful & memorable.

Well worth climbing up & down the steep mountain that is Quebec City. Although, I did take a taxi back. :-)

Great little gluten free Mexican restaurant in the city. The portions are small but perfect for one or sharing if you order a few. The churros were the best at the end. The service was also outstanding.

Incroyable!! two adults, two kids, easily the best tacos & quesadilla we have ever had. Been to a lot of Central & South American countries. This was amazing. The churros were so fresh & gone in 30 seconds. The dulche de leche was perfect pairing.

I had been looking for a nice Mexican spot in downtown Quebec & this was rated highly.

My wife, daughter & I visited on a hot summer day & were a little surprised to find the street this place is on completely ravaged by construction to the point where it's not traversable except on foot! I'm sure this will eventually pass but it's worth noting.

We made a reservation but likely didn't need to. We were greeted promptly & our waitress was very friendly. She even suggested getting different plates & sharing. My daughter got a pulled pork quesadilla, I got beef birria tacos & my wife got Al pastor tacos.

These are small plates with three small tacos/quesadillas on them. We also got guacamole to start which came with chips - it was tasty but the chips were a little bland & there weren't enough in the bowl to finish the dip, so we had to ask for more, which they happily provided.

We all split our meals up to share & agreed the quesadilla was best, with the cheese adding a lot to the dish. My beef birria tacos were great too (love the consommé) & we were expecting the al pastor to maybe be the best , but they were our least favorite. Still tasty though.

We finished off our meal with some freshly made churros & I've never met a hot churro I didn't love. This was no exception.

In the end, although not a'big'' meal, we thought the prices were fair & the food was tasty & we certainly left satisfied.

A little off'the beaten track' for us tourists, but needing gluten free food, we went in search. It did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious!! Churros....yummmm

Ambiance estivale & festive! Lieu décoré avec des couleurs vives. Une nourritue excellente - sans gluten ! Un rapport qualité/prix qui vous fera rougir de plaisir! Essayez les cocktails (mojito) les boissons (coca-cola mexicain!). & gardez-vous une petite place pour le dessert: les churros sont savoureux! Plaisir assuré :-)

Pour vraie, Joëlle a tellement été gentille, elle nous a aidé au meilleur de ses capacités!

Margarita sans alcool: 7/10, vraiment bonne
Tacos Al pastor: 10/10 prenez-les!
Tacos carnitas: 8/10, très bon mais un peu sec
Churros: 100/10 ça en vaut tellement le prix!! Ils sont délicieux!!

Best Veg mexicaine food. We had Tacos & Churro. I never had that kind of cherry ever. It was melted in mouth.!!!!! 😋
