J'ai toujours été un grand fan de kimono, j'y vais depuis des année & le recommande. Par contre mon dernier diner n'avait rien d'extrordinaire : le gout du saumon fumé dans les maki était même louche. Ne me donne plus le goût d'y retourner malheureusement.

Experience globale tres bonne.
Par contre j'aimerais des maki un
peu plus petits en diamètre & épaisseur.
Ceci est personnel! Plus facile a déguster.

Ce restaurant offre une excellente variété de sushis & de plats asiatiques. La sélection de sushi est plutôt axée nouveau genre (fruits, fromage à la crème, basilique, etc) mais il offre aussi une gamme de sushis traditionnels. Je vous conseille fortement d'essayer le makis surprise, c'est une spécialité que vous ne retrouverez pas ailleurs! L'ambiance est chic & détendue.

Habitant à l'extérieur de Québec, c'était la première fois depuis au moins 5 ans que je n'étais pas allé au Kimono. Décidément rien n'a changé, sauf peut-être les makis toujours aussi bons, mais un peu trop gros & difficiles à mettre en bouche & à avaler d'une seule bouchée... 😉

Mon chum a bien aimé son poulet au porto mai j'ai trouvé mes sushis moins bon que d'habitude & le maki surprise avait un arrière gout comme si le saumon etait pas frais
