Le poke au saumon tataki n'était pas très goûteux, il n'y avait aucune sauce ou mayonnaise pour accompagner ce plat, ce qui aurait pu contribuer à le rendre plus savoureux.

La gastronomie est toujours excellente au Kimono. J'aime beaucoup le fait que vous ne diminuez pas de qualité après les années. Vous semblez toujours vouloir devenir encore meilleur (une qualité qui me semble rare en restauration). La présentation de l'assiette à sushis était superbe! La serveuse m'avait apporté un gâteau tiramisu pour célébrer mon anniversaire, ce qui fut apprécié. Ma copine avait alors demandé pourquoi il n'y avait pas de chandelle sur le gâteau & elle a répondu qu'elle n'avait pas le temps. Cela nous a laissé ma copine un peu amer comme réponse. Mais, j'apprécie le fait que vous m'ayez offert le gâteau. La nourriture est toujours excellente. Parfois, c'est le service aux tables qui laisse un peu à désirer. Néanmoins, cela ne nous m'empêcherons pas de revenir à votre resto. Merciiii encore!!
