Belle place, belle table, mais expérience décevante.
Je ne suis pas du genre à me plaindre, & j'attendais simplement qu'un serveur ou une serveuse soit assez avenant(e) pour remarquer la situation. J'ai mal compris la description du plat - c'est mon erreur - & après avoir goûté un seul sushi, j'ai réalisé que ce n'était vraiment pas ce que je voulais manger.

Ce qui m'a surpris, c'est que personne ne nous a demandé si tout était à notre goût, même si on est venu à six reprises nous offrir autre chose à boire. C'est gentil, oui, mais ce n'était clairement pas ce dont j'avais besoin à ce moment-là. Ça donnait surtout l'impression qu'on voulait augmenter la facture plutôt que s'assurer que le repas nous plaisait.

Pour donner une idée : ma copine fait 110 livres mouillée & son assiette était vide. Je pèse 230 livres, & la mienne était presque intacte. Quelque chose clochait, & ça aurait dû attirer un minimum d'attention. Les portions étaient généreuses… mais je n'ai généreusement rien mangé.

Même au moment de payer, aucune question, malgré mon assiette pleine. J'ai dû aller me chercher à manger ailleurs en sortant. Personnel sympathique, mais un peu plus d'attention aurait vraiment changé l'expérience. Dommage.

J'adore le restaurant Kimono à Sainte-Foy! Les sushis sont toujours frais, bien préparés & pleins de saveurs. Le service est impeccable - , rapide & attentionné. C'est devenu un de mes mes endroits préféré pour manger des sushis.

This is'THE' sushi place in town, i ve been going here for months now & it's a no brainer for me, whenever i crave sushi or a well made plate i go t Kimono (if u forget to make a reservation, they still can find.u a seat in the sushi bar where u get to watch the chefs working 🫠), they have a wide selection for all sushi lovers, but my favorite is the Kailan menu, chef selection, he never disappoint, every piece is made with care & tastes so good !
