Prix trop élevés pour ce qui est proposé sur le menu. Le menu a des choix trop éclectiques & peu representatifs de la région. Il serait intéressant d'intégrer plus de produits locaux & de proposer des vins provenant de l'île puisqu'il n'y en a aucun sur votre carte.

Le tartare de truite n'était pas assez goûteux & aurait pu être plus relevé. Le fait que tout est à la carte fait monter de beaucoup notre facture. Pour une personne: Apéro+ potage+ plat principal & dessert avec café & un verre de vin blanc = 111.25 $ avec le type à 15% . Très très cher pour un dîner mais la vue était belle...
