Came here on Wednesday evening for the chefs tasting. Our reservation was one of the first of the evening so we were able to find parking right outside without any issues. Thank you for the great meal on our vacation.

One of the best meals I've had this year & my dinning mates too. We will have to come back for the Chef's Choice on a Tuesday or Wednesday on a future trip to Quebec City. Our group of three choice four appetizers, two starters, & two mains as our three hour dinner & served with two bottles of a lovely Sardinian wine. Lovely & complex flavour profiles & beautifully presented dishes. This place will not disappoint. Fin, casual, but attentive service which the made the evening all the more special. A return visit (& more) are in order.

Amazing dining experience - top 5 of our life. The menu was perfectly designed & curated. Positive energy & vibes throughout the restaurant & the open kitchen is great for accountability. The food itself was a perfect blend of flavor, portion & design. Cream puff dessert was the unexpected surprise of meal - perfect texture & pastry chef is incredible.

The food here is made up of very interesting combinations of things that I am used to & things that I am not. Somehow combined to enhance a familiar dish. Food is well balanced in flavor & displays the skill of the chefs that prepare the food. Drinks are mixed properly & don't feel overly sweet compared to many places. Service is very good but was a bit slower than I would have liked. Took me a while to get the check which made for a bit of an awkward experience trying the flag down the waiter.

Bravo! Saveur!! Saveur!!!
Une trouvaille dans un quartier branché :=) nous avons particulièrement adoré la saveur des plats proposés. Une expérience beaucoup plus satisfaisante que dans les bistros de la vieille ville, tel qu'à Origine, où la saveur n'était pas au rendez-vous. La cuisson du poisson mérite un A+ ce qui en dit long sur l'excellence du travail des chefs. L'ambiance & le service méritent également une très bonne note. Nous avons hâte de retourner.

We went on a Tuesday night so that we could take advantage of the Chef's choice pour deux & it was absolutely incredible. We were brave because the courses are completely blind & we loved everything we ate. The service was impeccable as well. The only thing I would say is we found this restaurant because we were looking for a place to bring a nice bottle of wine & found out upon arrival that you can not do that here. Other than that, we would definitely recommend this restaurant & if we are ever back in Quebec City we hope to eat here again!
