The real La Planque, by cons, is located underground: in our basement is provided a soundproof room that allows you to hide you, bluntly. Restaurant de luxe situé dans Limoilou depuis plus de 10 ans, aménagé dans l'ancien local d'un fleuriste. La cuisine est toujours impeccable, posée sur les assiettes avec attention & minutie. Premier cas de figure, l'assiette de pétoncles ($27) se présente comme un tableau tout en finesse. C'est beau, c'est bon, c'est rapidement mangé car il y a l'équivalent de peut-être 2 pétoncles. Moins cute en assiette mais aussi bon, les ris de veau ($25) à la popcorn étaient délicieux, servi avec des lamelles d'endives rouges qui viennent s'opposer en fraîcheur à la friture des ris. Très bon aussi, la quantité était limite. Service gentil & attentionné. Belle salle à manger à palier, avec l'espace bar qui domine l'entrée, luminaire théâtrale qui rappelle le style Cirque du Soleil. Au final, j'ai très bien mangé mais le prix/quantité m'a laissé sur ma faim. J'ai littéralement re-mangé deux heures plus tard, ce qui n'est pas normal après avoir dépensé presque $100 avec boisson, taxes & service. Rapport quantité/prix déficient. Came here on Wednesday evening for the chefs tasting. Our reservation was one of the first of the evening so we were able to find parking right outside without any issues. Thank you for the great meal on our vacation.
