After a long day of boarding up at Stoneham, we were pretty excited for our lunch at La Souche. We had their poutine of the week which was duck confit, caramelized apples, crumbled bacon, & goat cheese. I hope this because a signature dish because it was outstanding. This was all accompanied with their delicious wheat beer Franc Bois & IPA Cry-o-Loup. The service was friendly & informative. Can not wait to go back!

Lunch en après-midi avec ma douce. Première bière sans alcool ordinaire, le serveur à changer cette bière sans problème pour une autre correct. Oignon bon , mais trop graisseux , poutine avec boules de fromage très dur & le mélange des 2 sauces passable. Rien à dire sur le service.

Très bon restaurant pour la poutine. Une des meilleures que j'ai mangées au Québec... & croyez-moi, j'en mange souvent... / Very good restaurant for the famous "poutine". One of the best I ate in all Quebec... & believe me, I eat a lot of this... I would even say I am a connoisseur...

Nous avons reçu un bel accueil & un excellent service. C'était notre 2e fois à cet endroit. Leur poutine régulière & les bières étaient excellentes. Belle terrasse extérieure près de leur grand jardin.

La sauce a poutine est pleins de motons....vraiment pas appétissant. Ça fait 6-7 fois que j'y vais & c'est toujours pareil. La souche de limoulou n' pas ce problème, service excellent mais la sauce,,,,

Ambiance & terrasse chaleureuse, personnel courtois & très sympathique, bouffe exquise! Je me suis laissé tenté par la poutine xtra fromage grillé avec une bonne bière rousse gracieuseté de notre passage spa Nordique au préalable! Spa & bière quoi de mieux!!!
