Les Bénédictines sont absolument divins. Ce sont définitivement les meilleurs à Québec. Excellent service en plus.

Points positifs: le restaurant est très beau & sur deux étages, ce qui répartit le bruit. Il y a une salle de réception aussi.

Points négatifs : j'ai pris des oeufs bénédictines & la sauce hollandaise n'est pas la même que les autres restaurants!! Elle n'est pas bonne, elle goûte la crème aux champignons Campbell! Ouach :(
Nous avons eu 1 verre d'eau chacun, AUCUN remplissage, pourtant, ils sont venus remplir le café. J'ai dû prendre le verre d'eau a mon amie.
5 ou 10 minutes après avoir payé, nous nous sommes faits jeté dehors car il y avait des gens qui attendaient pourtant, j'ai vue des tables de libre.
Le service était un peu long, mais le restau avait beaucoup de gens.
C'était bruyant même si on était au deuxième étage.
Je ne reviendrai pas. Non merci pour la crème aux champignons Campbell sur mes béné.
Le stationnement était petit, y avait des gens qui cherchaient des places.

Excellent déjeuner la qualité se maintient d'année en année! J'ai pris le bénédictine tartare de saumon & c'était très bon!

J'ai mangé un oeuf bénédictine au saumon fumé. On m'a servi le tout avec une sorte de béchamel au lieu de la sauce hollandaise & le saumon ne ne goûtait pas très frais. Le reste était ok sans plus. Il me semble que la cuisine était meilleure auparavant.

Très bon leurs oeufs bénédictine, le service est bon & rapide malgré le nombre de personnes dans le restaurant. Peut être que les tables sont trop rapprochées serait mon seul bémol. Sinon ça vaut le détour.

Les bénédictines sont parfaits, jaune coulant, sauce onctueuse. Celui au champignons & brie est exceptionnel. Ce n'était pas aussi chaud que nous le souhaitions, mais nous étions 20 personnes. Stéphane, notre serveur était compétent, & sympathique.

Le déjeuner était excellent, rien à redire! J'ai pris les oeufs bénédictines au canard & fromage de chèvre avec le pain noisette & chocolat. Nous avons acheté une confiture pour emporter!
